All Wayne Trail preventive maintenance programs begin with a comprehensive machine or system audit - that is completed at your site by one of our highly qualified service technicians. After the audit has been completed, our service support team will provide you with a quotation for the parts that are recommended to be repaired or replaced, along with a report and field service quotation that describes the tech services and time duration of the recommended PM service visit. After the PM service call has been completed, you will receive a detailed report that describes all of the items that were adjusted, repaired or replaced, along with a list of future maintenance points and follow-up notes for your team.
